 In general I concur with papis, relationship sex vs hookup sex. Frankly, because I enjoy only "great sex"and i have never had great "hookup sex", I prefer relationship sex, as it has the potential to provide the quality of shared pleasure and stimulation preferred. Quality practice does indeed have benefits.

 Well, from a guys perspective. I always look at it in the mindset of you get out of it , what you put into it.

If I want a great blowjob, I give her great oral until she cums at least once.

If I want great sex, I make sure to spend enough time getting her in the mood, so it's enjoyable to both.
