Oh KtMnDu! hahhahahah, the "I just liked my own post... Stupid Site..." made me laugh. I always catch spiders and take them outside. And No, it probably does not hurt them, but it probably doesn't make them happy, either. I like most bugs. I am fascinated by ones that we rarely see. Spiders are mostly good as far as I think about them. In Mexico and then again in Western Australia, there were spiders as big as salad plates. Used to kind of freak me out, because their eyes were plain to see, and it was like I would see expressions on their faces. We still caught those and took them outside, but mostly because I was afraid short of shooting them, I didn't think we could kill them very easily. They catch small birds there and will eat them. That freaks me out. kk The observant make the best lovers, I may not do right, but I do write, I have bliss, joy, and happiness in my life, Kitkat Come check out my blog KItkat1415 check out this post by me Adventures In Body Grooming #39 April Topic Link: What Lies Beneath If April Showers Oh Bloody Hell What Kind Of Weather Turns Me On Bloggers Symposium 40

I don't kill spiders. I think they're actually pretty cool. And they eat a lot of bugs. Anyone who's ever been tortured by a housefly will love watching what a spider does to it. Become a member now and get a free tote bag.

Interesting - we have Wolf spiders here, never knew they were toxic. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

In the country spiders are everywhere and spider webs in he morning are beautiful when they are wet with dew and you can see the detail.I don't like to kill them They are important in that they kill flies roaches and mosquitoes. Also researchers are studying chemicals in the spiders venom to determine if they could be medically active and be useful to us.

I love spiders, and leave them where they are .. if they have made a wee next in my basement, more power to it. that means it is eating some other fucker that I don't want in my house. Ones that show up elsewhere I careful catch and release. I got this pic of a garden orb weaver killing and wrapping a wasp that had JUST landed on his web. That spider was fast ... wasp stopped moving within seconds. [image]

I've never liked spiders. Then I was bitten by a brown recluse. Spiders in my house usually die.

I think I was scarred by my mom as a child against spiders...lol She used to tell a story of when I was a baby in my crib one day sleeping, she had this premonition or feeling of something being wrong. So she came into my room and as she approached the crib, she saw the biggest spider she had ever seen, heading right for me. I'm told that she snatched me out of the crib..put me somewhere safe and then gathered the sheet up and threw the spider way out in the yard. Perhaps that scary childhood incident or at least the story has colored my feeling about spiders a little. I'm not a big fan! They are interesting, can be colorful, help keep bad bugs down etc. But please keep them away from me.....YIKES...lol Be Honest..Be Sincere...Be REAL
