 While this app seems unnecessary, it actually is just too connected to that product for my taste.
I use an app to track my cycles because at 53, my cycles are erratic and it is nice to know that I have skipped a couple of cycles and then got my next one early. That way I can tell if I will be closer to that Year-Without-Cycles that is the threshold for menopause.
Also those apps, let you track all sorts of other symptoms.
